Gingersnaps etc. is an enterprise of The Center for Pursuit. Baked goods are packaged in a gold tin and decorated with an ornamental paper topper hand crafted by artisans with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, and other similar conditions. All proceeds go to enrich the lives of children, adolescents, and adults served by The Center for Pursuit. Since its inception, Gingersnaps etc. has raised over $5 million to support The Center for Pursuit.
Gingersnaps and Cheesesnaps have been recommended by and featured in the Houston Chronicle, The New York Times, Wine Spectator, Saveur Magazine, and other publications across the country.
